Manuscript Preparation

  • Format: MS Word (.docx) or LaTeX. PDF accepted at initial submission only.
  • Structure: Title · Abstract (150–250 words) · 4–6 Keywords · Introduction · Literature Review · Methodology · Results · Discussion · Conclusion · References.
  • Title page (separate file): names, affiliations, ORCID, corresponding email — kept separate to preserve blind review.
  • Referencing: APA 7th edition (default), consistent throughout.
  • Figures: numbered, captioned, cited in text; high-resolution (≥300 dpi).
  • Ethics statements: funding, conflict of interest, data availability, and AI-tool usage are mandatory.
  • Similarity: must clear iThenticate at ≤10% (UGC 2018), excluding references.

Submission Process

  1. 1Register / Login on the IJMCBR portal (OTP-verified account).
  2. 2Start submission and select article type.
  3. 3Upload anonymized manuscript + separate title page + supplementary files.
  4. 4Complete metadata — abstract, keywords, co-authors (ORCID), declarations.
  5. 5Author declaration — originality, no concurrent submission, ethics compliance.
  6. 6Submit — receive an instant submission ID and a public lifecycle page link.
