The International Journal of Management, Commerce and Business Research (IJMCBR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access quarterly that publishes original research, empirical studies, conceptual frameworks and evidence-based case work across the full spectrum of management, commerce and business scholarship.

IJMCBR exists to close the gap between rigorous academic inquiry and practical decision-making. We publish work that is methodologically sound, theoretically grounded, and relevant to managers, policymakers, educators and researchers — with a deliberate weighting toward research that addresses the questions emerging economies and the Global South are actually facing.

Every manuscript is screened for originality at intake, reviewed under a strict double-blind process by at least two qualified experts, and — once accepted — published with a permanent DOI, deposited into preservation archives, and pushed to citation indexes. Authors retain full copyright.

Description

IJMCBR serves academics, doctoral scholars, industry practitioners and institutions seeking a credible, transparent and fast venue for management and commerce research. The journal is built from day one to meet the evaluation criteria of Scopus, Web of Science, and the UGC 2025 framework for credible peer-reviewed journals — without compromising on review rigour or editorial independence.

We do not chase volume. We publish work that advances understanding, holds up to scrutiny, and remains discoverable and citable for the long term.
